My name is Jeff Stokes, and not too long ago I was in the same exact situation that you are.

- The icing on the cake was when my wife got rear-ended in an accident while taking my daughter to school. And as bad as that was… a few days later, while going to the doctor — she was rear-ended again. This time with my son and my daughter in the car! (Thank God they were alright) But the insurance company refused the claims for mechanical damage done to her car, citing it was a rear end collision that only caused body damage. In total, those 2 “rear-ending idiots” cost me over $4,000.
